PE Changes

ECHO Online Profile System
Change Your Address, Change Your Employer, Print a Pocket Card, Print a Receipt for Online Payments, Renew Your PE License or Change To Inactive Status.

Changes in this system are effective in approximately 15 minutes after submission. The exception to this is the Roster Search. The rosters are updated every 24 hours.

Change of Address or Employer - Manual Form
This form must be filled out and then mailed, faxed or sent as an email attachment. Changes are made in approximately 2-3 business days after receipt of the form.

Duplicate Certificate and/or Name Change
Effective 9/1/17, there is no longer a fee for duplicate certificates. To request a duplicate, simply email our staff at info@engineers.texas.gov or fill out the form to the right. Name changes require the submittal of the form along with supporting documentation. The form will need to be filled out then mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed to our office. Changes must be processed by hand and can take up to one week to be reflected on the Roster Search or in ECHO.

Inactive Status
You can apply for inactive status in ECHO and have the change effective immediately. If you would prefer to use the form to the right, these forms must be filled out and mailed, faxed or scanned and then emailed to our office. Changes must be processed by hand and can take up to one week to be reflected on the Roster Search or in ECHO.

Reactivation Of Licensure
Use This Form To Change Status To Active. Because this process requires some extra steps, this cannot be done within ECHO. The form to the right must be filled out and mailed, faxed or scanned and then emailed to our office. Changes must be processed by hand and can take up to one week to be reflected on the Roster Search or in ECHO.
