The change to §137.31 clarifies the seal requirements and limits the size of the seal to a maximum size of two inches. The change to §137.37 adds using a licensed professional engineer’s seal without authorization to the sealing misconduct rule. TDI plans to propose rules for making the transition to the current roster requirements.
